Hello to our Android Unity Intercom users!
The development team is looking for a handful of Android client users who are willing to download a new Beta version of the client. This new version will address audio quality, stability and headset issues that some Android devices have experienced from time to time.
We are looking for users that are willing to give detailed feedback on experiences and interact with the Unity Intercom development team. The goal is to achieve consistent performance and better audio quality on Android devices.

Unity Intercom Cloud - now supports Channel Labels!
New update- Unity Intercom Cloud now supports 4 character channel abbreviations. This will improve the Unity Intercom Cloud user experience and will help with international Cloud users.
Note- Channel label (abbreviation) changes will not automatically appear in real-time on users already logged in. Clients will need to log out and back in to see any channel abbreviation changes.
Changes are coming to Unity Intercom Cloud
The most important change affects the log in process for the online dashboard only! Regular Unity Client behavior and use is unaffected. The current schedule is Tuesday morning Oct. 19th at 9am CST. There may be a brief outage affecting the online dashboard only during this time.

Remote Stream Deck Control for Mac and Windows Clients
The latest update for both Mac and Windows Unity Intercom Clients now have a Stream Deck URL/remote IP address field that allows for control of a Unity Intercom Client from a remote Stream Deck. This means the Unity Intercom Client can be configured to accept commands from a remote Stream Deck running on another computer.

iOS Update 3.0.21
The new iOS version 3.0.21 is available and features a new Group Selection scroll button (as well as the traditional left and right arrows.) This way users can navigate far more effectively between groups using either method.
The version also adds improved font spacing for better use of longer group names and usernames.
Unity Intercom Client 3.0.13 for macOS
Unity Intercom Client 3.0.13 for Mac is now available! This Client features a clean and flexible redesign of the interface which allows for resizing by simply dragging the main window.
This also features a more intuitive group selection drop down as opposed to arrows. The new update will have the Unity Intercom Client always show up in Dark Mode.
Available now in the macOS App Store.
Last week the Windows and Windows Touch versions got a small update as well which provides improved interfacing of audio I/O devices and the last talker feature as well as a group selection drop down instead of the group selection arrows. Both Windows versions have improvements in error communication.
